Details are emerging for a mixed-used project Nashville-based development company Holladay Ventures is planning for the Dickerson Pike corridor in Northeast Davidson County.

Artist Lofts will offer 430 apartment rental units, 20 for-sale townhomes (for first-time homebuyers and priced at 80 percent of the area median income) 65 for-sale single- family homes and cottages, as well as commercial and retail buildings with a collective up to 22,000 square feet of space and a day care and early learning facility to be owned and operated by Lotus Learning Center.
