The architecture and design companies related to the first phase of East Bank development have been selected, with Nashville-based firm Gresham Smith among the four chosen.

Boston-based The Fallon Company — the Metro-appointed master developer for the area recognized for Nissan Stadium and the Cumberland River — announced Wednesday that HKS of Dallas has been named the architect for the hotel planned for the area’s Parcel C1, collaborating with Austin-based Michael Hsu Office of Architecture to shape the retail podium for the broader Parcel C site.
