Country star pays $2.5M for Frist property

Local businessman Thomas F. Frist III and wife Julie D. Frist have sold a 6.0-acre property in Forest Hills to pop country musician Ronnie Dunn and his wife, Janine.

According to Davidson County Register of Deeds records, the Dunns purchased the property for $2.25 million. The property, on which no home sitS, has an address of 1900 Chickering Road. (See the site here courtesy of Google Maps.)
