Michael Sansone

Aegis Sciences Corp. founder David Black continues to sell his real estate holdings, with a St. Louis company prepped to buy a MetroCenter parcel from the Gallatin-based businessman and develop it with an apartment building.

Ridgehouse Capital has the 3.2-acre property, located at 100 Athens Way, under contract. Co-led by Michael Sansone, the company plans a 220-unit, five-story building that will include structured parking. Sansone told the Post the company expects a 24-month construction timetable once the project is underway and after the acquisition is finalized, slated for early 2021.
