The Franklin office of Memphis-based Boyle Investment Company announced Tuesday the purchase of Woodmont Centre, a three-structure commercial property located near the intersection of White Bridge Road and Harding Pike.

A release from Boyle — perhaps best known for its having developed a North Gulch site with the multi-building and mixed-used Capitol View — does not include the purchase price, and the Davidson County Register of Deeds had yet to record the transaction as of publication time.
