Billionaire couple donates West Palm Beach property to Vanderbilt

Vanderbilt officials announced today billionaire developer and philanthropist Jeff Greene and his wife have donated several parcels of downtown West Palm Beach property that the university will use for its future Florida campus.

According to a release, Greene and Mei Sze Greene donated eight contiguous parcels they acquired in 2012 — expanding the site established through commitments by the City of West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County. Collectively, this will yield a unified footprint for the university’s future graduate campus (read here).
