Progress is being made for the various Nashville Yards buildings to accompany a Hyatt Regency Hotel, with the infrastructure to accommodate some of those future buildings now being undertaken.

Doug Ryan, a Colliers International | Nashville senior vice president, said the team has upped its marketing and pre-leasing efforts (a new image is seen above) as activity intensifies on the 15-acre site. On Saturday morning, the remains of the Sullivan Tower will be imploded, thus rendering essentially the entire Nashville Yards footprint a blank slate, notwithstanding two small masonry buildings facing Church Street (those, too, will be felled eventually).
