The Nashville area saw 3,100 homes sold in April, a 4 percent increase compared to the 2,963 number of the same month in 2025 and continuing an inconsistent movement of sorts the past few months.

For comparison, the region recorded 2,752 home sales in March, down 3 percent year over year; 2,133 residential closings in February (unchanged year over year); and 1,825 home sales in January, down 4 percent year over year; and 2,966 closings for December, up 4 percent from the 2,842 closings reported for the same month in 2024.
