Centerstone is bracing for the potential loss of $14.3 million in federal grant funding. 

The Nashville-based nonprofit behavioral health organization announced that on the evening of Jan. 13, it was notified of changes to federal grant programs awarded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
