Cracker Barrel stock popped Thursday after the Lebanon-based restaurant company reported a healthy second quarter numbers.

Toward the session’s end, Cracker Barrel shares (ticker: CBRL) were valued at $42.86, up 6.25 percent (the equivalent increase of $2.56 per share). The stock previously ended the Wednesday trading session priced at $40.29.
