Franklin-based hospital company Community Health Systems announced that it will sell its ownership in one of its Texas hospitals. 

According to a release, CHS will sell its 80 percent of ownership in Cedar Park Regional Medical Center and some ancillary businesses located in Cedar Park, Texas, to subsidiaries of Ascension Health for $460 million. The transaction is set to close late in the second quarter or early in the third quarter.
