Belmont hands Murray State first conference loss

Whenever the Belmont Bruins (17-7, 8-3) and Murray State Racers (17-6, 10-1) play one another, its usually a pretty entertaining game. Thursday night at the Curb Event Center was no different.

The Bruins won their third straight game, topping the OVC-leading Racers 71-64 to hand them their first conference loss of the season and avenge an 85-75 loss on Jan. 23.
