In just its second year, the Nashville Golf Open already has established a reputation as a place where a golfer can get going in a hurry.

Conrad Shindler played his final four holes in 4-under — beginning with a hole-in-one — and set a course record 62 (10-under) in Thursday’s opening round at Nashville Golf and Athletic Club. He was the leader by four shots when play was halted by darkness with several groups still on the course.
