505’s STR units offered as conventional apartments

Nashville-based development company Giarratana LLC is offering for rent 140 apartments in mixed-use downtown tower 505, the result of short‐term rental company Stay Alfred having ceased operations in April due to the sharp hospitality industry downturn resulting from COVID‐19.

According to a release, the now-available apartments were previously leased to the Spokane, Washington-based parent company of Stay Alfred and are part of 500 residential units in the 45‐story skyscraper at 505 Church St. Prices for the rental units begin at $1,495 per month.
