West Nashville auto wash site sells for $2.38M

The West Nashville site home to White Bridge Auto Wash has sold for $2.38 million, about 13.5 times for which it last exchanged ownership hands in 1987.

Paul Budslick, who owns the aforementioned car-washing business, is the new owner. The address is 212 White Bridge Road.
