VendEngine acquires Murfreesboro software company

VendEngine, a Brentwood cloud-based fintech provider focused on the corrections industry, has acquired Murfreesboro-based software development company Sherrod Computers.

Terms of the cash transaction between the two privately owned companies were not disclosed in a release.
