Having passed his first big test with more highlights than mishaps, Vanderbilt’s Jared Curtis is now readying for a new challenge.

A week after helping the Commodores’ rally past N.C. State in his first college start, Curtis will face his first SEC opponent when unbeaten Vandy (3-0) — a 9.5-point underdog — travels to Auburn (2-1) on Saturday (3:15 p.m. CT, SEC Network).
