With the fourth pick in Thursday’s NFL Draft — not to mention four selections in the top 101 overall — the Titans are looking forward to making significant additions to the talent level of a team that has won just six games over the past two seasons.

But by at least one account of the Titans’ offseason personnel moves in 2026, coupled with the team’s draft capital, Tennessee sits near the top of the NFL’s offseason going into Thursday’s first-round selections (7 p.m. CT; ABC, ESPN, The NFL Network).
