Titans' Jackson Slater will get shot to start at critical position

Team will work second-year lineman primarily at right guard, which is in need of replacement after Kevin Zeitler departure

Drafted in part because of his versatility, Titans second-year offensive lineman Jackson Slater will get a chance to prove that asset this offseason.

Slater, who played 42 games at left guard at Sacramento State — and two at left tackle — will be competing for the Titans’ starting right guard spot, coach Robert Saleh told reporters Thursday.
