A One Hundred Oaks-area ex-warehouse property that sold for $12 million in late 2019 and was then given a major update to provide office space is slated for a pickleball facility to open in late spring.

The Picklr Nashville South will operate at 3040 Sidco Drive, about two blocks south of the Black Abbey Brewing Co. brewery and taproom.
