Thanks to a trio of game-changing saves from goalie Sara Wojdelko, the No. 8 Vanderbilt women’s soccer team captured its fourth SEC Tournament title Sunday, defeating No. 25 LSU in a final decided by a 10-round penalty kick shootout.

It was the Commodores’ second SEC title in six years under coach Darren Ambrose, who also led Vandy to the SEC Tournament crown in 2020.
