The Predators have placed forward Ozzy Wiesblatt on waivers as the team continues to trim its roster before the season begins.

In addition, the organization on Wednesday assigned forwards Chase Bradley, David Edstrom, Joakim Kemell, Jake Lucchini and Ben Strinden; defenseman Daniel Nieminen; and goaltender Isak Posch to Milwaukee, Nashville’s American Hockey League affiliate.
