There will be roster spots on the line Saturday when the Predators close out the preseason with a 2 p.m. game against Carolina at Bridgestone Arena.

In a perfect world, Nashville coach Andrew Brunette would love to make the contest a dress rehearsal for the start of the regular season, giving his expected lineup a tuneup before the real games begin.
