Brian Schwake’s ascent through the soccer ranks continued Tuesday when the Nashville SC goalie made his debut appearance for the U.S. men’s national team.

The 25-year-old Schwake came on at halftime of the U.S. game against Chile, helping the Yanks claim a 4-2 victory in the friendly played at Energizer Park in St. Louis.
