Nashville SC’s present status is so positive that the organization loaned away an intriguing part of its future on Tuesday.

NSC loaned 19-year-old central defender Chris Applewhite to Austin FC through the 2027 MLS sprint season, a deal that includes a purchase option for Los Verdes at that point, a source confirmed to the Post.
