IndyCar expecting big TV viewership for Music City Grand Prix

Race will air on FOX Sports moments after conclusion of World Cup final expected to draw up to 40 million viewers

The World Cup and IndyCar racing have already proven a successful — if unlikely — combination for TV viewers this season.

IndyCar executives are expecting more of the same Sunday, when the World Cup final to be broadcast on FOX Sports will precede the airing of the Borchetta Bourbon Music City Grand Prix at Nashville Superspeedway on the same channel.
