The Predators bid farewell to a couple of players, as expected with the NHL trade deadline approaching, but also added a player and a draft pick from Pittsburgh on Wednesday.

Nashville traded forward Tommy Novak and defenseman Luke Schenn to the Penguins in exchange for forward Michael Bunting and a 2026 fourth-round pick. The deal occurred two days before Friday’s trade deadline.
