Nashville’s Gretchen Walsh was at it again Wednesday night at the Pan Pacific Championships in Irvine, Calif.

The Harpeth Hall School graduate was part of another world record, as she helped the U.S. 4x100 meter mixed medley relay team — which also included Will Modglin, Van Mathias and Kate Douglass — set a new mark with a time of 3:36.70.
