As if rebounding from a 2-10 season wasn’t challenge enough, Vanderbilt’s football team will need to restock the talent pool after seeing some significant departures via the NCAA transfer portal.

On the offensive side of the ball alone, Vanderbilt’s top three quarterbacks, top three wide receivers and second-leading rusher from 2023 are among those who have announced they’re entering the portal. Defensively, the Commodores’ sack leader and a player who tied for the team lead in interceptions last year are among those likely headed elsewhere as well.
