In the aftermath of fan frustration over delays entering Neyland Stadium last Saturday, University of Tennessee Athletic Director Danny White on Wednesday announced a series of changes to help ease the ingress process.

To minimize congestion, gates will now open for all fans two-and-a-half hours before kickoff. It was not immediately clear when fans had been allowed to enter the stadium.
