As if wearing their throwback uniforms against the Houston Texans this week won’t be harsh enough, the Titans will stick it to the franchise’s former city of residence in one more way on Sunday.

The Titans announced Wednesday that they will induct former Houston Oilers wide receiver/return man Billy “Whiteshoes” Johnson into the franchise’s Ring of Honor at halftime of the contest.
