It’s been a rough June for the Pittsburgh Pirates, but don’t blame Bryan Reynolds.

The Brentwood native and former Vanderbilt standout owns Major League Baseball’s longest active on-base streak — 28 games — after singling in Tuesday’s 3-2 home loss to the Seattle Mariners.
