The WNBA will reportedly award its next franchise to Cleveland, not Nashville, but that doesn’t necessarily mean Music City has been eliminated from the league's expansion plans.

The Sports Business Journal reported Sunday chances are “as high as 90 percent” that Cleveland — after a league-record bid of $250 million — will become the league’s 16th team, with an announcement expected no later than March.
