Polsinelli names new shareholder

Local law firm Polsinelli has added longtime Bass Berry & Sims partner David King to its health care litigation and disputes practice in Nashville. 

King joins the firm as a shareholder representing health care providers in complex payor and patient disputes, including national class actions. With more than 30 years of experience — the last 19 of them at Bass — he has counseled for-profit and nonprofit hospital systems, ambulatory surgery centers, behavioral health providers, physician groups, medical device companies, air ambulance company and other ancillary service providers.
