State and local officials unveil the new sign for the "Representative Carson W. 'Bill' Beck Memorial Bridge.”

State and local leaders gathered on Sept. 19 to honor the late state Rep. Bill Beck (D-Nashville) with the designation of the "Representative Carson W. 'Bill' Beck Memorial Bridge.”

The bridge is located on Gallatin Pike spanning Briley Parkway honors Beck, who died in 2023 at age 61. Beck, an attorney, was first elected to the Tennessee House in 2014. He represented District 51, including Madison, East Nashville and downtown.
