Haslam a no on net neutrality

Gov. Bill Haslam confirmed on Thursday that he won't sign an executive order preserving net neutrality in Tennessee after the Federal Communications Commission repealed the measure regulating it last year.

"I have gotten their letter," Haslam said of the request from Rep. John Ray Clemmons (D-Nashville) and Sen. Lee Harris (D-Memphis) to follow the lead of several other governors who have signed such orders.
