Tennessee Titans v Indianapolis Colts

DeForest Buckner (No. 99) of the Indianapolis Colts sacks Cam Ward of the Tennessee Titans during the first quarter at Lucas Oil Stadium on Oct. 26, 2025, in Indianapolis.

In the latest episode of First & Tenn presented by Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee:

  • The Titans sent cornerback Roger McCreary and a 6th-round pick to the Rams on Monday, in exchange for the lower of L.A.’s two 5th-round picks. What do we think of the deal and—perhaps more importantly — how many more players might be gone by the Nov. 4 trade deadline?

  • Speaking of the McCreary deal, it means that none of the team’s top three corners at the start of the year — McCreary, L’Jarius Sneed and Jarvis Brownlee Jr. — are on the Titans’ 53-man roster. The Titans did claim cornerback Micah Robinson off Green Bay’s practice squad. But how much can realistically be expected of this secondary, and who’s likely to step into the nickel corner role?

  • Titans interim HC Mike McCoy took a page out of Brian Callahan’s gameplan last week, failing to go for it on two fourth-down plays in Indianapolis territory. What possible rationale is there to punt in those instances, given the Titans’ circumstances in the game and in the season?

  • Cam Ward produced another mixed set of numbers in the loss to Indy. On one hand, he threw an interception for a sixth straight game and led his team to just 14 points. On the other, he threw for more than 250 yards for the third time in four games. What did we make of his outing?

  • A Los Angeles Chargers team with several former Titans comes to town this Sunday, and — in a sign of the times — is a 10-point favorite on the road. What should we be looking for in this contest?

  • What’s our final score prediction?
