Franklin-based PlayMaker Health, a health care software company focused on post-acute care, has restructured its leadership team.

John Griscavage, who has served the company since 2014 as CEO, is moving into the role of executive chairman and will focus on organizational strategy and growth initiatives. Vice President of Engineering Gregg Boyle will take over the CEO job after more than two years in his current role and as chief technology officer. Prior to joining PlayMaker, he was chief strategy officer and vice president of analytics at Nashville-based electronic medical records software venture Qualifacts.
