LeanKit sold to Austin entity for undisclosed sum

Franklin-based software development and project management company LeanKit has been sold to an Austin entity for an undisclosed sum.

According to a release, the new owner is Planview, which bills itself as offering solutions designed for strategic planning, portfolio and resource management, product innovation and technology management.
