Incredible Dave's files for chapter 11

Incredible Dave’s, a restaurant and entertainment brand with a local presence, has filed for protection from its creditors. 

Despite the Chapter 11 filing, according to company founder David Lawrence, Incredible Dave’s is looking to remain a going concern. The company's home base and first location is in Louisville — that operation filed for Chapter 11 almost a year ago — and its local Rivergate Mall store is a franchise.
