Murfreesboro-based Stinger Industries, seller of mobile workstations, today announced it would do business as Stinger Medical to reflect a transition that began last year when the company acquired Seattle-based Integriti Systems.

Stinger is the provider of the Levitator mobile workstation and has been developing health care products for more than a decade. According to a release, Gary Coonan, Stinger’s chief executive and founder, chose the company’s new name to show that Stinger is focused on providing medical technologies to the health care industry.
