Two giants of Southeastern commercial land development are in court over payment of fees associated with Office Depot locations.

Shopping Center Group alleges that Newton Oldacre McDonald has not paid $830,000 in commission and fees associated with 18 Office Depot locations in Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, Indiana and Mississippi.
