A Nashville-based music publishing company doesn't believe it has received all of the song royalties it's due and has decided to take the matter to court.

On July 15, Bluewater Music Services Corp. sued Universal Music Group in U.S. District Court, alleging copyright infringement and breach of license agreement for a host of songs for which Bluewater maintains copyright records.
