Healthcare BlueBook names CEO

Local price transparency and provider rating company Healthcare Bluebook has named Scott Paddock CEO, replacing company founder Jeff Rice, who has transitioned into the role of executive chairman.

Paddock, with more than 20 years of experience in high-growth health care environments, was formerly the CEO of Jacksonville-based GuideWell Connect, a position he held for just over a year. Under his leadership, GuideWell became the first approved ACA-direct enrollment technology provider for government-sponsored health plans.
