VU researcher joins Harrow board

Larry Van Horn

A well-known Vanderbilt University health care management and economics researcher has been elected to the board of Harrow Health, the ophthalmology and pharmaceuticals business that moved its headquarters here from California in mid-2019.

Larry Van Horn fills the Harrow board seat formerly held by Tony Principi, who stepped down last week after five years in that role. Van Horn founded and still runs the Center of Health Care Market Innovation at Vanderbilt and also is a co-director of the Nashville Health Care Council Fellows program. He also is a director of Cool Springs-based Commuity Healthcare Trust as well as a member of the advisory boards for Harpeth Capital and Council Capital.
