Franklin Synergy pays $37M for HQ building

Franklin Synergy Bank has purchased the downtown Franklin-area building housing its headquarters. The bank had previously leased the building from an LLC based in Chicago.

In early February, Franklin Synergy paid $37 million for the building at 722 Columbia Ave. Franklin Synergy CFO Chris Black said the bank had a first right of refusal agreement with the previous landowners. The owners recently decided to sell, and Black said it was a good opportunity for the bank.
