Vanderbilt adds graduate school dean

Veteran sociologist and child and adolescent psychologist C. André Christie-Mizell has been named vice provost for graduate education and dean of the Vanderbilt University Graduate School, effective Jan. 1.

Christie-Mizell will succeed Bunmi Olatunji, who was named interim dean of the graduate school on Sept. 1 and is also the associate dean for academic affairs in the graduate school (read here). The most recent permanent graduate school dean was Mark Wallace.
