Mike Vrabel still couldn’t say why linebacker Kevin Dodd skipped all of the voluntary portion of the Tennessee Titans’ offseason program.

For his part, Dodd did not say anything. The third-year linebacker was present at and involved in Tuesday’s mandatory minicamp workout, the first of three this week, but bypassed reporters when it was finished.
