Create Energy eyes $78M expansion in Sumner, Robertson counties

Create Energy officials announced Wednesday an expansion in Sumner and Robertson counties, with the effort to yield 1,003 jobs and represent an investment of about $78 million.

According to a release, the Portland, Tennessee-based renewable energy infrastructure company has acquired a 338,000-square-foot facility in Orlinda. This will serve as Create Energy’s primary manufacturing hub, “significantly scaling its production capabilities to meet growing demand for products and solutions.”
