CPS exec accused of hiding assets amid investigation

Peter Kroll

The federal government and the State of Tennessee are looking to add the wife of a Comprehensive Pain Specialists co-owner to their list of defendants in the $50 million whistleblower suit against the company and its leaders for allegedly defrauding government-sponsored insurance programs via a frivolous lab testing scheme.

The amendment would add Julie Kroll, Peter Kroll’s wife, as a defendant for working with her husband to “fraudulently convey assets” through a trust fund, court records say.
